Use groovy booby freely during pregnancy, but while breast feeding, we do not recommend the use of groovy booby because it contains essential oils, which may confuse babies sense of taste and smell. Instead, use our sister product Breast Friend. Same ingredients as groovy booby without any essential oils (just a touch of vitamin E added).
Shake the bottle gently before using. At least once a day (e.g., after shower or before bedtime) place several drops to a dropper full into the palm of your hand. The amount you’ll need will depend on the size of your breasts. Rub your hands together to create warmth and loving energy.
With both hands, gently massage one breast at a time: round and round, up and down, lift and press—just do your best! Massage underneath your breasts, across your ribs, to stimulate the all important bra line. If you’re not shy, your breasts may even blush, a sign of circulation!
